Our Carey Gully Vineyards are situated on an elevated site that benefits from the crisp cool climate of the Piccadilly Valley wine sub-region in the Adelaide Hills.

We produce some of South Australia’s best cool climate wines Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir along with supplying grapes too many leading award winning wine brands in South Australia.

Our passion and dedication to making Blefari wines flows through to the final product. We only bottle when vintage is at its best, producing 400 cases in any given year. Our wines can only be purchased in our tasting room or online via the website.
